By enrolling in the Darvas Box Trader mentorship program or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the platform.

All course material, live sessions, and trade examples are provided strictly for educational and training purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and we do not provide stock tips or guaranteed strategies. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in this program.

Enrollment currently follows a manual process: you submit your details, make payment directly to us (bank transfer or UPI), and we verify your payment before activating your account. Course access is granted only after this verification is complete.

Course fees are non-refundable once your account has been activated and access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error, or if you made a payment but have not received account access within a reasonable time, contact us immediately at the email below so we can resolve it.

Your account is personal to you. Access is valid only for your subscribed period and is not transferable. Sharing your login credentials, or redistributing course content, recordings, or materials to anyone outside your own account, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Live sessions are delivered through embedded video conferencing and may be recorded for later viewing by enrolled students. By joining a live session, you consent to being included in any such recording. Recordings are for your personal learning only and may not be downloaded, copied, or shared outside the platform.

All course content, videos, materials, and branding are the property of Darvas Box Trader and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your enrollment only. No part of the course may be reproduced, resold, or used to create a competing product or service.

We provide this program on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees about trading outcomes or profits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darvas Box Trader is not liable for any trading losses, financial decisions, or damages arising from your use of the course material.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you violate these Terms - including account sharing, redistribution of content, or abusive conduct toward mentors or other students.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
