By using this website or enrolling in our program, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account and enrollment information - your name, email address, phone number, city, state, and country, collected when you enroll and provided to us for onboarding.
• Login and session information - device type, browser, approximate location (from IP address), and login timestamps, used to keep your account secure and to enforce our device-limit policy.
• Messages you send us - any questions or feedback submitted through the contact and feedback forms on your student dashboard.
• Payment information - we do not collect or store any card, UPI, or bank account details on this website. Course fee payments are made directly to us outside this platform (bank transfer or UPI) and manually verified before your account is activated.

• To create and manage your student account and course access.
• To send you password-reset emails and important account notifications.
• To let you join live webinars and access recorded course videos.
• To respond to questions or feedback you send us.
• To maintain the security of our platform, including detecting unauthorized account sharing.

We rely on the following categories of third-party services to run this platform. Each only receives the minimum information needed to provide its service to us:

• Video hosting - our recorded course videos and webinar recordings are hosted with a third-party video platform for secure playback.
• Live video conferencing - live webinars are hosted using Zoom's meeting infrastructure, embedded directly into your student dashboard.
• Email delivery - transactional emails (such as password resets) are sent through a third-party email delivery service.
• Hosting and database - our website and student data are stored on secure servers used to operate this platform.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage items: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies beyond any analytics tools disclosed on this page, if enabled.

We retain your account information for as long as your enrollment is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, rate-limited login attempts, and restricted admin access. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This platform is intended for adults (18 years and older) interested in stock market education. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
